Starks Industries has been selected for a small business Prime contract award of the Consulting and Technical Services Plus (CATS+) Master Contract with the State of Maryland. The execution of the contract is with the Department of Information Technology (DoIT). CATS+ is a Master Contract developed to enable the Maryland State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS+, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.
